Pilot burners
A complete range of high-stability pilot burners for the ignition of process burners, boiler burners, thermal oxidizers, and flare systems are provided. ICE’s pilot solutions are engineered to ensure reliable ignition and stable operation under demanding service conditions with a wide range of fuels, from propane and refinery gas to hydrogen-rich fuels and even 100% hydrogen.
ICE pilot burners are available with manual or electric ignition, single or double rod arrangements, and in self-inspirating or forced draft configurations to suit the specific application requirements.
For boiler burners and thermal oxidizer services, ICE typically provides forced draft pilot designs with high-energy electric ignition. For flare systems, where pilot reliability is critical to safe operation, ICE can supply pilot burners tested in accordance with API 537 requirements.
