Boiler Burners

ICE supplies gas fired, oil & dual fuel or multifuel burners for utility steam boilers installed in power plants and other industrial applications. Our solutions are engineered for reliable, efficient, and safe operation, with configurations based on either single or common air wind box arrangements and the flexibility to handle a wide range of fuels, from natural gas and sour gas to liquid fuels, including C.O.G. and low Btu-fuels.

For liquid fuel firing, atomization is typically achieved through steam or compressed air, although ICE also provides proven mechanical atomization solutions where atomizing agents are not available. 

In addition to the burners themselves, ICE can supply the complete package of ignition and flame monitoring devices in compliance with applicable standards, together with all required ancillary systems such as BMS, fuel skids, control systems, and fuel pumping stations.

Duct Burners for HRSG

Duct burners for supplementary firing applications in heat recovery steam generators (HRSG) installed in combined cycle / cogeneration plants, and other flue gas and air heating services are among ICE product offerings. 

Designed for stable operation, reliability, compact flame shape, and low emissions, each system is specifically engineered to perform over a wide range of firing conditions.

Through the cooperation agreement between ICE and ALSTAM LLC, ICE can offer well-proven ALSTAM-designed duct burners for any HRSG application. The extensive experience behind ALSTAM’s HC and HCX duct burner designs provides a strong solution for new installations and an effective option for revamping existing systems affected by bowing or deformation after long-term operation.
