BMS and Fuel Gas Skids

Reliable and technically advanced control systems for combustion applications, tailored to the specific requirements of each project, are regularly engineered and supplied by ICE. Our solutions include Burner Management Systems (BMS), fuel gas skids, control panels, ignition stations, and related instrumentation, using widely adopted industry-standard components such as PLCs, HMIs, relays, transmitters, and dedicated field devices.

Each system can be customized in terms of layout, skid dimensions, features, and scope of supply to match the needs of the burner package and the applicable project specifications. 

ICE works ensures compliance with the required standards and certification schemes, including ATEX, CSA, IEC, NFPA/AGA and NEC as applicable.

In addition to design and supply, ICE field supervisors provide fast and effective support for troubleshooting, start-up assistance, and installation activities at site.

  • From 0.3 barg (3:1 TD) up to 2.5 barg (12:1 TD and further)

  • < 60 mg/Nm3 NOx with NG and 750°C bridgewall temperature and ambient air

Low sound pressure level:

  • < 82 dbA with all standard refinery fuels
